Be prepared to answer A LOT of questions, and not just your standard, “What are the dates?” and “Where is your event?” We want to get inside the mind of your project, to fully understand your goals. Identifying your objectives, metrics, budget, questions, and concerns, are how we ensure we develop the best solutions for your event!
Designing an event is about providing an experience for attendees, and as a result, the core of our process is about orchestrating memorable events that build consumer/brand connections. We’ll set up a time for a design presentation, so we can walk you through the concept and provide you with layouts, detailed renderings, and supplemental images and textures to illustrate how the design will best achieve your goals.
Once designs are finalized, our in-house team begins the custom fabrication of your project components. Using state of the art CAD software, VDA drafts up detailed blueprints of each design to ensure seamless assembly on-site. With unmatched collaboration, and a strong dynamic between the sales, design, project management, and workshop teams, we bring the intricacies of a design to life, from the picture on the screen, to the finished product.
We are with you every step of the way, including being your ‘go to’ presence on-site for event management and execution. In the final stages of the event process, you will work in close collaboration with one – or a team, depending on event scale – of VDA’s Project Managers, to wrap up any logistics or production items, and this same team will be there until your event wraps.
