Sales Coordinator

We continue to grow and expand in partnerships with our amazing clients for meetings, conferences, branded activations, exhibit booths, corporate themed events and more!

As we grow and expand, we are searching for a client centric, creative and detail-oriented sales coordinator to join our sales team and coordinate events for our partners. This position will play a pivotal role executing world class events through structuring and creating client proposals, being a part of all client meetings to capture essential meeting details and help relay it back to relevant departments and teams, analytics, reporting, and assisting the overall sales team in maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Attendance at Meetings to qualify opportunities
  • Preparation of Proposals and Quotes for Clients
  • Budget Sheet Tracking
  • Keeping the Job Log up to date for all incoming opportunities
  • Salesforce & Database Entry
  • Checking data accuracy in Invoices
  • Liaise inter-departmentally for timely deliverables of pricing
  • Communicate Internal/External Customer Feedback
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, as needed
  • Administrative tasks and project support of daily work activities
  • Special Projects Administrative Duties
  • Provides clerical and general administrative support when needed to assist staff with duties such as phone system, accessing voicemail, etc.
  • Ensuring staff directories are up to date & published.
  • Organizing sales server folders & files to keep current & sensible ease of access by staff to information.
  • Researching and proposing solutions for suggested improvement to administrative and office workflow processes.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year experience in sales related role
  • Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


This position is a full-time opportunity. This job can be a hybrid of remote and in-person workload; with a schedule to be determined. Medical, Dental, Life & Disability Insurance, 401K, Profit Sharing, and PTO all offered. Compensation commensurate with experience and expertise.
