Job Description:

VDA is seeking a Client Relationship Manager. This role will be primarily responsible for the maintenance and daily communication with a number of VDA’s premier accounts. Account management responsibilities include developing/ maintaining strong relationships with the clients. The Account Manager will also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with internal teams to improve the entire client experience. The CRM will report directly to the Director of Sales. This position may require occasional travel for industry education and networking. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, is comfortable approaching, presenting to and engaging with clients.  Ideally, this individual will possess robust organizational skills, business knowledge, experience and a proven track record in Account Management. These proficiencies combined with exceptional oral and written communication skills creates the ability to deal effectively with people clearly.

Daily Duties will include:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, guide the process of deliverables, creative meetings, financial statements of work and general business processes. Develop trusted advisor relationships with premier clients. Work collaboratively with the design, management and production teams within VDA to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our creative solutions according to customer needs and objectives. Entering activities and data into Salesforce CRM database.
